The Holy To-Dos
Prayer of the week
Today, Blessed Creator,
to put to use the gifts you have given
and to cultivate the gladness of my heart,
help me to:
Write Something
Sing Something
Enjoy Something.
There is time enough today,
Oh Timeless One,
to maintain order in your ordered realms.
With gratitude and joy, I shall:
Make Something
Clean Something
Fix Something.
Today, Beloved God,
to give fulfillment to the bountiful love
that you have seeded in me,
let me not forget to:
Love Someone
Serve Someone
Pray for Someone.
With your guidance in all things,
let me do your will.
Amen.
Thank you for praying with me.
It helps more than you know. As we approach this week’s midpoint, let us leave tomorrow to worry for itself as we dedicate ourselves to what speaks out of the holy presence, now.

I have noticed that my pattern has become to pray for guidance and assistance at night, and pray to give thanks in the morning. But I haven't prayed for my day-to-day.
